Silence slips past my ears
unnoticed
the unmanifest yaws before me
i teeter
freeze
breathe
then I jump
and gather to my chest
every secret dream
that I harbour
and hold them tight
memorise them
until my heart
knows them as
as if they had always been
because they always were
just waiting for me to
fly
waiting for me to
open my arms
empty of the past
ready to embrace the present
and be filled with the future.
Dream my friends, dream big, challenge the universe today....I dare you :)

Beautiful photo! Love that midnight blue. Every time you write, it touches my soul. "empty of the past" I like that. Why do we at times tend to hold on to it when it does us no good.
